Reasons why a Life Coach might be the solution to your problem

Are you feeling stuck, lost and trapped but don't know where to go? Feel like you have no life purpose? Well your in the right place, carry on reading below and I will share a few reasons why you may need a Life Coach.

Making the decisions to hire a life coach isn't one to take lightly, its actually one of the major decisions you will ever make (usually one for the best). It's a life long investment in yourself.

So you want to know if a life coach can actually help you with your problems? Here are a few ways to help you identify if a life coach is something you need.

  1. Your letting fear hold you back from reaching your desires
  2. Your struggling to focus on your goals
  3. You have self-destructive habits
  4. Your have a vision but no clear plan
  5. You feel lost
  6. Your self-esteem is really low
  7. Your going through a major life change
We often face challenges in life and sometimes think we can deal with these on our own, but that is not always true. Sometimes we need help and support from a life coach.

From when we are born to the ages of 7 8 everything we absorb tends to sit into our subconscious, this is where reality really happens. It is important to be aware of what we project on to our children at these ages, as things can affect them once they grow up. A lot of mental health issues we have these days are all a result of things that happened to us in childhood. Trauma tends to travel on with us into our adult life, the beliefs we created for ourselves as children have been imprinted into the subconscious and we tend to see more of this showing up for us.

Life coaches can help you to identify where you have created patterns and show you how to change these patterns so you can live the life you were really born to live. A life coach is there to help support you through what ever issue it is your dealing with, help give you some guidance and show you how you can make specific changes to the area of life you want to work on, when you have a life coach, you are not alone in your journey.

To get the best out of coaching you should work with a life coach for a minimum of 3 months, yes some people may have learnt something from just one session but its not usually enough to actually make the changes to your life that you want. I have had many people come to me and have one free session and they have gone away feeling like they have gained so much knowledge, but a few weeks or a month later they always come back because they realise that the one session wasn't enough. Your life coach will hold you accountable to your goals and help you through your blocks. A lot of people are always learning and gaining knowledge, but the real issue is when you retain the information and not implement anything.

A life coach can help individuals in different areas of their life such as personal development, relationships, nutrition, divorce, grief, and even financial wellness. What ever it is your going through a life coach can help you. You may even be having issues in your current job and are lacking confidence in speaking up for yourself, this is some thing you can also hire a life coach for.
